One of our most anticipated community events is the Avenues Rubber Ducky Race, a Schuylkill County tradition that has brought families, businesses, and supporters together for more than three decades. Each spring, thousands of rubber ducks race down Mill Creek while attendees enjoy food, entertainment, games, prizes, vendors, and community activities.
The Duck Race is more than a fundraiser. It is a celebration of community support and a vital source of funding that helps provide disability services, vocational training, community participation programs, transportation services, and opportunities for individuals to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
