Our Lebanon ElderCare program is designed for adults age 60 and older who still enjoy their independence but could benefit from companionship, structure, and meaningful days outside the home. Whether they live with a spouse, an adult child, or another loved one, Eldercare provides a welcoming place to spend the day surrounded by friends who quickly become family.
Every day is filled with opportunities to laugh, learn, move, and connect. From gentle exercise and brain-boosting games to creative activities, conversations, celebrations, and shared meals, every moment is thoughtfully planned to keep minds engaged, bodies active, and spirits lifted.
Lunch is always shared around the table, because some of life's best moments happen over a good meal and great conversation.
For caregivers, Eldercare offers something just as valuable: peace of mind. You can go to work, run errands, or simply take time for yourself knowing your loved one is safe, engaged, and surrounded by people who truly care.

• Contact Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging for an assessment. (717)273-9262
•Visit your doctor to complete the health appraisal, including a Mantoux test.
•Call Eldercare to set attendance days, arrage traportaion and finish paperwork.
