Avenues' Adult Services provide a variety of programming options and training services to individuals over the age of eighteen. 
Providing year round day support designed specifically for adults with moderate to profound developmental and/or physical 
disabilities.  The ATF provides a variety of services based on an individual's specific needs and abilities.
The program provides an integrated environment, encouraging both personal growth and independence, enabling each 
individual to pursue self esteem, self worth, self pride and the confidence they need to work in society.  Individuals learn the 
job skills needed to acquire employment in the competitive job market.
Community Supports Option
A community-based program for those seeking a non-traditional setting.  Activities are carried out in the community 
5 days per week and focus on volunteering, practicing community related skills, and recreational outings.

Adult Socialization Program

An adult socialization program offering individuals a chance to spend time with their friends in a social setting and 

the opportunity to gain social skills within the community.

Habilitation’s Home and CommunityHabilitation Program is designed to promote independence to all the individuals that it services
A program for individuals which provides both physical and psychological benefits through horseback riding.
